Description

This Indian influenced dish of yellow rice and chicken is loaded with fragrant spices and deep fried onions to provide the perfect 1 plate meal deal. The rice is cooked slowly along with the other ingredients to ensure the spices soak into rice and to ensure the chicken juices and fats mix with the entire dish.  A plate of khao mok gai is usually served with a sweet chili sauce or a cucumber vinegar sauce.
